How to get started

• I will need to understand you, so ideally I would like to meet you on your own territory (at home)

• We agree terms

• You pay the registration fee and sign an agreement to pay a further fee on successful purchase of a property I have introduced you to

• We get started - it really is that simple!

Our fee structure

• I charge a fixed Registration Fee (non refundable as it covers initial costs) plus a fixed 1.25 percentage of the final purchase cost on the day of completion (less the initial fixed fee)

• The initial search period is for three months, which can be extended with prior notice and negotiation

• Full terms and conditions can be obtained on request.

• Once you own your new home I can help recommend, employ, or project manage professionals in all fields on your behalf to complete the full dream
